It is a sensitive time for India as a democracy when every passing hour is bringing in a shocking news. The crumbling Aam Aadmi Party in national capital has its convenor out of the scenario. Delhi CM has completely hushed himself up being in Bengluru for naturopathy while his party is busy blame storming each other. He cannot stand the pace of being a leader when his party needs him the most.
Concurrently, Congress 'Chief to be', Rahul Gandhi has gone out of sight in the name of self contemplation. At least, Sonia Gandhi is courteous enough to support former Prime Minister Mr. Manmohan Singh in his time of crisis. Mr. Gandhi could have chosen a better timing for his absence.
John Maxwell once quoted, "Leaders become great, not because of their power, but because of their ability to empower others."
The Indian scenario has beefed up my faith in our PM Mr. Modi even more. When two out of three leaders of the major national parties- BJP, Congress and AAP, have shown themselves just off the boat, Mr. Modi has been holding the reigns of the country with an iron fist. His three nation tour is a proof enough of his clear headedness. Thank God, the land of diversity did not make a mistake while choosing a national leader as it has dubiously done while voting for the Delhi Legislative Assembly.

‘My choice’- The documentary on women empowerment by Deepika Padukone

A few months ago, Bollywood actor Deepika Padukone was featured in a video called ‘My Choice’. It seemed to be made for the empowerment of women but it went much deeper. The dialogues that were delivered by Deepika were supported by the acts of the other ninety-nine women featured in it. These were the ordinary women, some middle class and some upper middle class like any of us. However, I personally do not agree with the entire video. Because eventually, Homi Adjania, the director forgot that when we talk about the empowerment of women, it is not only about the women in urban places, but also the poor women of rural India. I disagree with the documentary on two platforms: factual and emotional. From the factual point of view, there was some serious misunderstanding about the topic itself. Why?  Why now?  Your dreams are different than mine. So how is it time to realize the dreams for everyone?  Yes, I said that because there is something in everyone's mind that they categorize as their dream and they want to fulfil it, sometime in future.  You may not put in all your time and capital in it right now, but you can surely start thinking about executing your plans.  You may start thinking about the money you need, the unique ideas you would implement, and the USP of your product or company even if many other similar entities exist in the market.  When you keep thinking about your dreams, your thoughts become plans, and your plans become actions.  That someday becomes this day, today!!  Even if it takes you a few years contemplating about the pros and cons, the do's and don't, yóu still come a long way when you actually begin.  That's what I said, the time is now!!
